What are the most popular topics/issues on which people are using hate speech in the online world?

What topics do you think generate the most “Hate Speech” to create hatred online in Thailand? Politics, religion, race, culture, gender or…?

What is considered to be providing information and expressing opinions in acceptable way? What is considered as bullying and what is considered as hate speech? Who uses hate speech against who? To bully who?  And on what topics?

Why are hate speech and bullying unacceptable behavior and how much damage and impact do they inflict on the victims?

How can we work together to reduce this harmful behavior?
